a portrait of my children, once a week. every week in 2014 inspired by Jodi

He : always easy to spot in that favourite colour. He tells me he is completely off bright colours and wants me to only buy blue and green but still the old yellow gets chosen.

  2. Bright colours are good for the soul. Two of my children have orange as their favourite colours and orange is everywhere in this house. School fetes are so much fun! Looking forward to ours next Friday. Cx

  6. According to Stanford Medical, It's in fact the ONLY reason this country's women live 10 years longer and weigh an average of 19 KG lighter than we do.

(And realistically, it has totally NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret-exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING about "how" they eat.)

BTW, I said "HOW", not "WHAT"...
